NEW YORK, March 12, 2014 – Get ready for the animation onslaught when “TripTank,” Comedy Central’s newest animated experience, premieres on Wednesday, April 2 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. The weekly, eight-episode half-hour series, executive produced by ShadowMachine’s Alex Bulkley and Corey Campodonico, showcases a wide range of fast-paced, hard-hitting animated comedy shorts presented in an anthology style, weaving together stand-alone and recurring narrative pieces.
In the premiere episode we meet “Jeff and Some Aliens,” “Ricky the Rocketship” and the “Toaster Lover.” Find out what happens when a “Suicidal Chicken” attends his ex’s wedding, “Killer Bees” try to discover their true identity, and parents give an honest “Birds and Bees Talk.”
